The Director of the Erbil office of IHEC indicated that they had received commitments from the political entities with regard to the implementation of the resolutions of IHEC.

Mr. Hendrin Mohammed Saleh said in a statement to news agencies, that the entities participating in elections had signed pledges to abide by the guidance and decisions of IHEC. That occurred during the verification of the political entities and after giving them a formal letters of acceptance.

Adding that all the blocks are aware of the instructions and decisions of IHEC after signing of commitments; " After meeting with representatives of the political entities, we have declared to them that in addition to carefully reading the guidance of IHEC, there is a need to visit the municipalities for instructions and distribution of printed publications and advertising.
