 The press conference of Shams in Najaf was concluded after nearly 40 minutes of opening. 34 media agencies had attended the press conference, led by the head of the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate in Najaf, along with Al-Hura, Hurryia, Sumeria, Afaq, Baghdadia, Al-Iraqia, Faiha, Al-Alam, Fayha, Al-Rashid, Al-Ahid satellite channels. The conference was also attended by the following newspapers; Sabah, Al-Moatin and the Associated Press and Observatory News Agency.
The audience have shown great interest in the concise press statement by Mr. Hussein Ibrahimi (The board member of Shams) about most of the contents of the newsletter; The observer and the political and security environment and the prospects for them. Shams had expressed regret in the beginning of the Conference for the disturbing news while Sun Newsletter was in press launch of gunfire in Sulaimaniya on supporters of an electoral list and another shooting in Sadr City.
