A training course South observers 20/2/2010

 The Office of Shams in Basra training teams to the leaders of the provinces of Basra and Maysan and Samawah and Dhi Qar of 37 observers, dealt with the rules of the conduct of the observer and monitoring mechanisms and monitoring system selected SBO sample. It took two days training, including 27 team leader, and 8 deputies and assistants.
