The Media Center of Shams Declares the Progress of the Election Day
The media center of Shams Network for Monitoring Elections has conducted its second press conference at 3 PM on July 25th 2009, the day of the Parliamentary and Presidential elections in Kurdistan. Miss. Neaz Abdulla, the speaker of Shams Network, first shed light on the progress of the electoral process and focused on the entry of voters to the polling stations and their adherence to the rules and regulations in the process. She also announced the turn out rate in the governorates of the region which was according to the following schedule:
