اجريت عملية التصويت الخاص لأنتخابات مجلس النواب يوم 8/10/2021 ،بعد ان استكملت المفوضية العليا المستقلة
للأنتخابات استعداداتها، عقب توفير الأطار القانوني للعملية، وتحديث سجل الناخبين بايومترياً، وتسجيل المرشحين،
الى يوم التصويت الخاص.
والبدء بالحملة الانتخابية، وصولاً
انتشر مراقبو الشبكة على المراكز الانتخابية المخصصة للتصويت الخاص، واتبعت آلية جمع المعلومات بطريقة
الكترونية حديثة عبر تطبيق خاص بالشبكة على الانترنيت، مع توفير مركز اتصالات للتواصل مع المراقبين الذين
يفقدون الشبكة، او يمنعون من استخدام هواتفهم الذكية داخل المراكز.
تحتفظ الشبكة بالسجل الالكتروني استمارات المراقبين، مع المعلومات الشخصية ومكان المراقبة.
تم تقسيم عمل المراقبين الى ثلاثة تقارير
1- تقرير الافتتاح
2- تقرير الاقتراع
3- تقرير الاغلاق
