The process of public voting for the parliamentary election was started on October 10, 2021, after IHEC’s declaration for completing the process of preparation procedures, framing the legal framework, updating the voter’s list (Biometry), registering the candidates, starting the electoral campaigns.
The observers of Shams network have been deployed over the polling centers and applying modern technological means for data collection through a specific online application belonging to the network. Also, a call center has been established to stay in communication with the observers who lose internet access or are prevented to take smartphone
with them in the polling centers.
The network is keeping E-forms and any information related to the observers is confidential.
